No. Our “Create a Cover From My Story” and “Surprise Me!” prompts work from your written details. Our illustrated-photo and movie-poster prompts use an uploaded photo.

The prompts on this site use a portrait 4 × 6-inch cover with a 2:3 aspect ratio. For landscape artwork, change the prompt to 6 × 4 inches and a 3:2 aspect ratio. Keep important text and faces away from the edges, then check your cover orientation and final crop in the app.

Review the photo order, image clarity, cover crop, names, dates, and spelling. Check AI-created artwork closely, especially text and faces.

Photos are digitally printed on quality coated paper using state-of-the-art production equipment. Each photo is printed on one side, without borders, and scaled to fit 4 × 6 or 6 × 4 inches depending on its orientation.

Yes. Every photo is perforated for easy removal, so you can hand it to someone or display it on a wall or bulletin board. The book is bound with a self-cover.

The date the photo was taken is printed on the back when that date is available in the photo’s metadata. If the metadata is missing, that information is not available to print.

Books are produced in California by a professional printing company operating with SOC 2 compliance.

Production is completed in 3–5 business days. Shipping then takes an additional 3–10 days, depending on your delivery method. Please allow time for both production and shipping when planning for a gift or event.

A book with 4–20 photos is $4.99. Photos 21–24 are $0.10 each, up to $5.39 for the book. Standard shipping is $2.50 per destination; priority shipping is $15.00 per destination. See our pricing table, then choose your options in the PixFlips app.

Contact support with your order number and the change you need. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s production status; submitting a request does not change or cancel the order.
